BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan – Two Coalition force soldiers were killed March 21 when their vehicle struck an improvised explosive device in Kandahar Province.
Coalition forces, along with Afghan National Security Forces, were conducting a security patrol in the Zharmi District, when their vehicle struck a mine placed on a frequently travelled road.
The names and nationalities of the deceased are being withheld pending the notification of their next of kin.
