The Bagram Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) has spent the first half of January opening medical clinics, distributing humanitarian aid, and assisting Afghan National Police with taking care of villagers in Shairkhan Kheyl and Shoki villages, Kohistan District, Kapisa Province. 
Local villagers help unload tents donated by the Bagram PRT for holding Winter school sessions in Kohistan District, Kapisa Province, Afghanistan. The school had no shelter prior to the humanitarian aid delivery.
Children wear winter clothing donated by the Bagram PRT. The PRT is responsible for much of the District's donations, as well as the funding of many building projects to include schools and health clinics.
Children gather outside the entrance of Shairkhan Kheyl Comprehensive Health Clinic in Shairkhan Kheyl, Kohistan District, Kapisa Province. The children have just received donations of winter clothing.
In Shoki, villagers go through boxes of donations from the Bagram PRT. This is the first humantarian aid drop in the Shoki village by the PRT. The villagers were very receptive and seemed to have trust and confidence in the PRT.
